Terms of Service

By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. Seller information Veria Jewelry, Tamás Márton (Sole Proprietorship)

2. Products and pricing All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

3. Order process Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

4. Delivery We aim to dispatch orders within 14 business days. Delivery times may vary. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Right of withdrawal As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for details.

6. Liability Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Hungarian courts. As an EU consumer, you may also rely on the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
