We currently ship VERIA orders to destinations within the European Union and the United States.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order has been confirmed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

European Union: approximately 5–10 business days

United States: approximately 7–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery destination and will be displayed at checkout before payment.
If free shipping is available for your order, this will also be shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, your tracking details will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow a short period for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your confirmation.
Customs & Import Charges
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country.
These charges are determined by local authorities and, unless otherwise stated at checkout, are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please make sure your shipping information is complete and accurate before placing your order.
VERIA cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided during checkout.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please check your tracking information first.
If the shipment appears to be lost or there has been no tracking update for an extended period, please contact us at info@veriastudio.com and we will help investigate the shipment with the carrier.
